Our family has deep agricultural roots, with generations of experience in farming and livestock production. Growing up, we all participated in 4-H, where we learned the values of hard work, dedication, and the pride that comes from raising and caring for animals. Our connection to agriculture was further strengthened through our time at Iowa State University. This blend of hands-on experience and academic training forms the foundation of our commitment to excellence.
Discovering Wagyu Beef
Our journey into the world of Wagyu beef began when Matt took a position with one of the nation's largest Fullblood Wagyu breeders, Wagyu Evolution. This experience introduced us to the remarkable quality of Wagyu beef. We were amazed not only by the exceptional quality of Wagyu beef but also by how it could transform any meal into something truly special.
